Bought my wife a new phone for her birthday (that's coming in a couple of weeks)
Requires a nano SIM, her present SIM (that's registered in my name) is a micro.
No problem I thought, yesterday, I went to here

And ordered a nano SIM, confirmation came back that it was on its way, and when
it arrives go line again again to activate it.
Well, guess what, this morning the wife's phone is saying 'No Service' , I reboot it etc etc and still dead. I've just phoned T-Mobile and they say it's been disabled because
I've ordered a new SIM. The new SIM will arrive pre-activated.
I exploded. That's not what it says on the on line form, or the information I received on ordering. Then the CS droid said as recompense she'd waive the 10 quid charge !!!
What 10 quid charge ?! I asked, the one for supplying a new SIM she said !!!!
