The circut board one was okay but we've had nothing like "Superchat" or Gods and mortals.

Last winter had some greats like the one where they had to vote on the most boring HM or what they should eat, Ollie and Sam's off the fence task or the clock freeze for visitors task.

This year it's been mostly old ideas recycled (though I'm always pleased to see the secret room). The Cadet one was okay but really it was just fodder for Hopkins ego.

Yes i agree with this ... there's no tasks in the evening they all seem to be sat around talking .. they used to have task and if they win they have party/drinks/music/dress up at night but u havent seen none of this ..

They are more interested in twists than tasks.

Overall the JIm Davidson and Denise Welch ones have been better series but this series has had the best range of housemates. I just wish the tasks were a bit better. For a twisted fairy tale there were more twists and shocks in Jim's year.

They seem to aim the tasks at them passing all the time. Maybe this is due to perez not liking rations.

So lame I can barely remember them.

Apart from the recycling one, where they had to wear the pet collars to transfer waste into the appropriate bins.
That was funny.

I thought that perhaps it's a bit too chilly or they don't need the task footage to make it interesting😊
The tasks seem to not be part of the show this time around
But yeah the dog collar one was ruff 😊

Doesn't seem like much imagination has gone into tasks this year. I could only remember the one where they had to ride the static cycle wearing the hat thing.

Oh, yes, but still the only thing that I can remember about that task is Nadia's argument with Ken, where he couldn't get away from her as he was on the bike.

I can barely count them on one hand.

they're really using the fairy tale theme a lot aren't they - like the computer failure one - wtf ?

Perez even suggested putting people in fairy tale costumes from in his secret room. He should be producing this show.

Agree with all the above, the task have been easy easy, suitable for kids party games, why did they bother with a theme, twisted fairy tales, definitely no imagination, what happened to endurance task, the electrocution task, eating chillies, vile cocktails, or fish guts, that's what I find entertaining, seeing them suffer for their supper is what we want.

I've been thinking about this more and the tasks I've enjoyed this year are ones like the debate task and the honesty stick where they get to get things off their chest a bit.

Every year there is always one blinder of a task that effects everything like the fake webchat with Speidi where the other HMs were feeding the questions, but this year the great debate seems to be as good as it gets. We have two more weeks left though so who knows

Considering this series is suppose to be fairy tale themed, they could have done so much with it.
Instead they have done literally nothing. The band aid one could have been so much better but they didn't show loads of it on tv just so they could show more arguments.

Probably 'cause they're terrified of the *cough* celebs *cough* hurting themselves.
Bring back sleep deprivation, the box task. and other endurance tasks. Surely they're more entertaining than the juvenile tasks that they're (we're) lumbered with?

The tasks have been awful BB are just relying on conflicts in the house

^^this^^, plus they are content with the 'drama' they create...there has been a distinct lack of team tasks. When we have seen them the HMs have had fun & have laughed...this appears to be something that the producers however don't want & so they leave the HMs to do nothing...so we as viewers end up with bitching & arguments...

I'd much prefer to watch a house that is full of laughter & fun - a couple of arguments would be natural...but this series has been too much. Not my type of thing!

They are crap and childish and in Channel 5's Big Brother they are all about drama.

If you look at them, they are just the same tasks over and over again with a different theme.

How many more times are they going to have that crappy task where they have to work out who we have voted most entertaining HM, bitchiest, genuine, blah blah blah ? It's not just a stupid task to create drama, it goes against one of the main rules of the show, no outside contact.

I agree. Not many tasks at all. And why are they calling it the fairy tale theme, when they haven't done hardly anything fairytale in the tasks?

Nothing really stands out in my mind. That one where they were passing around the garbage stood out as being particularly crap.

i used to like the tasks where they had to do things like in bb2 where Brian taught them first aid or the sugar cube task Dean did - why cant we have tasks like that anymore

I agree with this. The production team seem to be totally lacking in imagination and creativity.

Such truth, but given that this is the case they really should make the twists better.

Poor patsy wouldn't be able to cope if they did better tasks
