He's really annoying but I fail to see what he's done to be treated so terribly. Just ignore him if you hate him so much - half the house seems to be able to. Not to mention some of the HMs actually liked him.

He is not nasty. He is just loud and camp. There is no physical menace to him. Unlike say a vinny jones type of character.

Yes. He's a spiteful, vicious, manipulative, vindictive, nasty little man who goes out of his way to antagonise, provoke, prod and poke just to get a reaction and then, when he gets the reaction he desperately craves, he turns into a snivelling little wimp and plays the victim.

He's the lesser of "evils" in the Big Brother house in my view... but where "good/bad" is concerned, there would need to be more of a defining to what exactly good/bad is referencing and being defined by.
For the most part i don't think he's been cruel/malicious, but he's displayed what i'd consider some extremely poor behavior.. and he has qualities that i see as "less than satisfactory" to put it kindly.

It's 'chola' and it's urban slang for a Mexican female gang member (or girlfriend of a gang member).
It seems it can be seen as an offensive term, but Cami Li uses it to describe herself, and others in the house call her by that also, so who knows?

As a viewer - I find he's not nearly as bad as people make out. In the house however - I suppose he could be a handful. As someone has said though - if he really was that bad - Nadia and Patsy wouldn't have any time for him. Even Keith seems to be friendly at times. And Katy H just goes way over the top. Her very existence seems to rely on Perez - see how quiet she was when he wasn't there.

Wasn't a fan of Perez before he went into the house, but he has been the best housemate after Speidi. Seriously I haven't stopped laughing this whole series because of him.

the only thing that could be classed as bad is maybe waking alex by coughing but really it was 6:30 in the morning, alex is in a house full of people and should expect noisy times and he could not get over it.
