Adam tweeted writer James Payne and said that 5020 rivalled Lucy's death aftermath episode.

I think this episode is the Monday after Live week.

Not really saying much. The aftermath wasn't that great to be honest.

If he said that it rivals the New Year's episode, then I'd be a little more excited.

Perhaps he'll contemplate suicide in a one-hander? If the killer's close to him, that would obviously be a bit of a bummer but the people he might be expected to turn to for support e.g. Phil, Sharon and Dot may be busy with their own issues, leaving him having to deal with this on his own.

A one-hander of him contemplating suicide?

It'd just be him sitting there staring at some pills for 30 minutes.

Quite possibly. He could "talk" to Lucy too. Dot mooning about on the sofa for half an hour wasn't thrill a minute but they still did it.

Yes, which I thought was going to be the flashback episode, with James Payne's being the live. I wonder how the week will play out now, but I'm hopeful this means we'll get a proper reaction from whoever finds out about the killer unlike last time. Also, if James Payne is writing Friday's who has the live? I'm hoping it's Lauren Klee.

From my reckoning episode 5020 is the live on Thursday. According to RT 5th Feb is ep 5010 and EE count 1hr EPs as 2 eps.

So live week will probably look like this.

Tues. 1hr ep 5016/17 (as no Mon ep)
Weds. 1hr ep 5018/19
Thurs. Live ep 5020
Fri. F/B. ep 5021

Which would fit in with James Paynes live ep.

There's 4 episodes not 5 the week before the anniversary so it would go like this:

Thursday 5th - 5010
Monday 9th - 5011
Tuesday 10th - 5012
Thursday 12th - 5013
Friday 13th - 5014
Anniversary week - 5015,5016,5017,5018,5019,5020

No matter how many hour episodes there are in live week 5020 will still be the last episode of the week.

I still think it'll air as normal on Tuesday and Friday, with an hour episode on Wednesday and two episodes on Thursday, one being the live and one being the flashback.

1 of the episodes in LIVE week is written as an hour long. 5 episodes with 1 being an hour.

I have a saddening feeling that Jesse will be writing the live episode now that James is off the cards. After all, he wrote the Good Friday episode itself.

If Stan's death happens, Lauren Klee would most likely be writing that episode as she's wrote a lot for the Carters. The other two writers may be involved in the Cotton/Mitchell stuff.

Jesse O'Mahoney's will be the flashback episode, which I doubt will be the same as the fully live one, since he wrote the, very good, Good Friday episode.
