And why is this logic only one-way? KH detractors should simply ignore her instead of voicing a negative opinion on her comments, but voicing your annoyance at those people isn't a similar waste of time? If you expect people to ignore one apparent non-issue, why don't you do the same with another? People voicing their dislike of KH on a message board is hardly a "real issue" either.
As for these issues, stating a dislike of KH doesn't render one unable to also concentrate on those issues. "Concern/disgust" isn't in limited supply, people are perfectly able to have an opinion on both something fairly trivial, and something important.
People have opinions on things, and people share those opinions. That's what happens. This brings me back to what you said earlier about not having a problem with people saying what they think, I find it strange that this attitude doesn't apply to people voicing a negative opinion on a media personality.
