Is a lot easier these days to manipulate the viewers

I notice it never takes much for the viewers to buy into whatever the story is in a particular eviction theme or who is to be liked or disliked

Most people buy into the stories and staged situations away from here, although the digital spy forum member, particularly the veteran ones like me still don't buy into it.

I assume the Twitter facebook generation are a major factor as to how easily people buy into things

They are taking inspiration from Orwell's novel so manipulating public opinion is the name of the game.

I do think that people in general are more gullible now than they used to be, and I'm not talking about just this series.

that's because people on Twatter & Disgracebook is that they are all dumbasses & don't have a single brain cell between any of them because they all have an IQ less than 70

I get the feeling that it's because the majority that now vote on this show (and the audience that the show wants to attract) are people who really don't give a damn about BB. They don't give a toss about its history and wouldn't give a toss if it ended tomorrow, they just enjoy it as mindless entertainment on a day-to-day basis.
Therefore they don't really put any thought into their opinions, they just react to it. Infact they probably don't even remember what their opinions were the day before.

Whereas people on DS and other BB forums probably care a little too much about BB, perhaps more than we should, and over-analyse everything when the show probably doesn't warrant it anymore.

I get the feeling the winner of this CBB will be entirely based on a whim and whatever day the final happens to be on will make all the difference.
