KH hasn't got the balls to be truly controversial - she picks targets that are too easy. I mean - there have been jokes about northerners, fat people, gingers for ages (which is why so many people actually like her - she's intrinsically harmless).

She'd never make a joke about something that really mattered.
That's exactly why all the breakfast TV shows invite her to appear. It's all part of shaming Britain's 'underclass' - everything to take the heat of the bankers and the financial class that created the crisis. One day when she cleans up her act by doing charidee she'll get an OBE for services rendered to the crown.

It's just the start of her career.

Now she has a hell of a lot more people who genuinely like her, as well as the people who dislike her.
Either way people will be interested in what she does next, which I think will definitely be a prime time chat show of some kind.
Philip Scofield throw her under a bus after the Ebola tweet, so This Morning will not touch her...Loose Women most likely won't...Last time she was on This Week even, Michael Portillo thought she was nuts. What will she do? A chat show? She can't talk to people, she can only pontificate...she can't debate because she just insults people, calls them beige or magnolia and most famous people loathe her....

She will seamlessly mutate into a National Treasure with jobs presenting The One Show and British Bake Off.
Her columns in The Sun will be erased more swiftly than an email about phone hacking and the transformation will be complete.

Like her or not, people will want to hear what she says.
Simple fact is, people love getting angry and being offended, it's like a national hobby in Britain. It's something for people to do.

She probably will go on Loose Women and gain more fans from it because she'll be picked at in there.
I won't use the word bullied like many others would!

In the end she will be remembered mainly for her clucking chicken impersonation.
George Galloway pretending to be a cat. Hopkins pretending to be a chicken.

It doesn't ruin careers but it certainly makes them a laughing stock and remembered for all the wrong things. Unless she owns her humiliation (in much the same way that Perez owns her and all the stupid things he does) she'll hurt her own 'brand'. Works for me.

Her main gimmick or claim to fame was to be "nasty" and most hated woman in Britain etc... If she wins, then I am not sure where she will go... We have already learned her tv persona was fake

This is a classic case of Irony
Absolutely what I thought watching her she's been her own worst enemy

I seriously doubt it. There are plenty of TV personalities that are offensive, but articulate and funny too. She's too bland.

I'm enjoying you trying to convince yourself of this. I'd almost call it sweet in an 'awww, bless them' type of way.

Like who?

And to say she isn't articulate simply isn't true is it.

What kind of guests do you think she would have on her prime time chat show?

The Problem with katie is she is a one trick pony. Once you get bored of being offended she would just try harder to be more and more outrageous. People get sick of it by the end. She's been around forever and never really broken through, I can't see a stint on CBB changing that because the mainstream just see the behaviours as juvenile.

I didn't mean to say more, have edited.

I saw her on News Week and completely lost the thread of what she was meant to be talking about. I'm not sure she knew TBH.

Mentally challenged more than nuts. She has a strange way about her which sits uncomfortably with others in a social setting. I know i would find it hard to take her seriously with those strange mannerisms.

It's obvious, she's perfect UKIP candidate material. But like all their other candidates she'll be sacked for saying something a little too near the knuckle.

Really? I thought they wanted to be taken seriously.

Not sure if anyone outside of UKIP will ever take them seriously. She could always stand as an Independent again like she did for the European Parliament elections in 2009.
