She was incensed by the way almost everyone stood up and greeted Perez warmly. She could see her tenuous grip on the other HM's slipping away and she was not a happy chicken! Then, to further compound her ire, it suddenly became the Perez show again in the snap of a waving finger, everyone eager to hear what he had to say. Hah. Loved it.
My other half, who rarely comments on this stuff said that although he doesn't like a lot of what Hopkins says, he thought she'd be good in the house with her acerbic wit and home truths but even he said there's nothing more to her than vile. I have to agree.

This. Katie H was completely unnerved when Perez returned. She wanted everyone to either ignore him or verbally attack him but they were all over him and welcomed him back and she couldn't deal with it.
She can't manipulate him with her tits and ass so what has she got left the personality of a rottweiler with a hot poker up it's ass, no wonder she's pissed off.
I thought it was interesting that not only did Katie H look pissed off with his return but she also looked positively nervous.

Well, of course, the central reason for her fuming has to be discovering that Perez nominated her. She was quietly inwardly seething. Watch out the next time she gets drinking....fireworks!

Although I didn't know much about Katie before the show, having since read some quotes and her claim of intelligence, I believe there were many of us looking forward to some clever humour but it appears she can't do it without a keyboard and dictionary, it's all very school playground level.
We really are missing that dry sarcastic HM with a broad vocab. this year, probably why I have settled for Perez's random attention seeking behaviour.
