Fans - or doubters - of Michelle Visage
I'm a huge fan of Michelle and have noticed quite a few posters accusing of 'faking' her love for all things British and her passion for LGBT issues.
Michelle does a podcast with Rupaul called 'What's the Tee' which is available on iTunes - it's worth downloading if you are a fan and especially if you doubt her intentions. She talks a lot about her love of the UK - including watching TOWIE and shopping at Argos and Tesco - and her passion for LGBT equality is clear.I think she comes across as fairly quiet on the show but that is because she isn't a confrontational person - hearing her on the podcast, in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, she is funnier, warmer and much ruder than we have seen on the show. Also, there is talk on the podcast of a UK version of Rupaul;s Drag Race. Jonathan Ross has bought the UK rights and Michelle mentions having a meeting with him so I think CBB is intended to raise Michelle's UK profile ahead of a possible UK TV presence. |

I'll give it a listen when I've time - I'm certainly a doubter and haven't been impressed when I thought I might be.
I'm always suspicious of "celebrities" saying they "love" anywhere particularly if they are pushing their wares or career in said locations. |
