She was grandstanding like she always does, she's as bad as Perez with his 'it's the Perez show' type hyperbole, she doesn't speak for the entire British public anymore than she speaks for the whole house when she's berating and goading him with her opinions even though she usually prefixes them with 'we' or 'us' instead of I. They're both as bad as one another, attention seeking egos who wither without an audience to play off to or against and start to sulk or get annoyed when the other seems to be getting more of the spotlight than them.
