As a gay guy I've been a little on the fence about this issue because on the one hand she doesn't have that right and it is silly to assume one person represents a whole community (It's like saying he represents all Americans).
On the other side I think it is good that she goes out of her way to support gay rights when she is not obligated to do so, I wish more people were as supprtive as her. I think a lot of viewers are seeing her passion as a game plan and I don't really buy that.
One reason I'd ove to see Hopkins out is because we'd get a chance to see Michelle in all her glory without her. As much as Hopkins and Mchelle talk about Nadia being tied to Perez, they too are tied to each other.
Michelle deserves better than being seen as Hopkins henchwoman. I think this alliance only happened because a) Hopkins knew she could not win again her from the onset and b) a common enemy. Hopkins has already admitted in the diary room that Michelle is her biggest threat to winning.
