SoApS SuRvEy: Wednesday 28th January 2015
Hi.
![]() Thanks to everyone who contributed to Tuesday's thread. It was a quiet one yesterday, with 14 voters on the poll. Thank you all. It was a nailbiter but in the end there was a winner. And here's the results in full:1 (1) EastEnders - 7 votes (50%) 2 (2) Emmerdale - 6 votes (43%) 3 (3) Hollyoaks - 2 votes (14%) 3 (4) Neighbours - 2 votes (14%) 4 (6) Other - 0 votes (0%) 4 (6) None - 0 votes (0%) EastEnders holds on to the top spot - just - with Emmerdale settling for second place once again.. As part of this thread, the four main soaps are included in a daily poll - Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks - as well as Neighbours, due to requests. All other soaps come under the 'Other' option. Let us know what you think of 'Fair City' or 'Red Rock' if you're in Ireland! But also if you're not ![]() The thread and its poll are published as one, with spoilers for the next day's soaps included. The time the thread is published depends on the soap schedules. Here's Thursday's soap spoilers: 18:30 Hollyoaks (Channel 4) | 19:30 on +1
Spoiler
19:00 Emmerdale (ITV/STV/UTV Ireland) | 20:00 on +1/06:45 Friday on ITV 2

Not watching Corrie at the moment - may not now until around the time of the live episode.

A very good episode of Emmerdale last night, I thought. A great mix of comedy and drama, community spirit and my god, even Lisa was being a decent parent for once!
![]() My only quibbles are that Debbie and Cain not being at Zak and Lisa's anniversary celebration was quite odd, and I'm not keen that Emma is being portrayed as a 'psycho' - she clearly had some kind of post-natal depression most likely caused by James boffing Moira. Hate the way Emmerdale has to sensationalise absolutely everything. |
