That's no defence whatsoever! You wouldn't suggest that the other incident was chloe's fault for being within 'grabbing' distance.

Nope, she stayed there ranting at him in his face and he licked her face. She carried on ranting in his face and he kept on kicking. Both of them are morons.

Totally agree he should have had a warning
Good on Katie for not milking that situation, which is exactly what Perez would have done if she'd have licked him.
