I don't think they wanted her to as such but they wanted it to be seen as being fair.
If anyone else had done it they'd have been called in and warned about it without asking the person it was done against.
It's actually incredible that Katie dealt with it so well. I realize that many of the people who dislike her aren't mature enough to admit that, but it was good to see regardless of how much I hate Perez and would love to see him kicked out.

That's what I thought when I saw that. It was as though they were trying to get Katie to give them an excuse to give him a warning. I must give Katie some credit there I should add.
But nothing was said about Katie getting right up into Perez's face in the first place which put him into the position where he was able to lick her face or her nose.
If you don't want your face licked then you don't invade somebody's personal space like that.

Whether she liked it or not if that happened in a work place amongst colleagues it would be classed as sexual assault.

And he has spent his entire time in the house going out of his way to antagonise people just for sport and then playing the victim when he gets a reaction so I would argue that she is giving him a taste of his own medicine and he can't take it back.

How? He has never got in her face like that until tonight. Hopkins has done it to him for many nights. He does it back and she can't take it and cries about harrassment

I think she could get a warning for aggressive behaviour - it was very intimidating (which she meant it to be) - he took the wind out of her sails by licking her face.

I'm not making out Perez hasn't wound her up but the fuss tonight seems to be about Perez chasing Hopkins. When Hopkins was doing the same thing to Perez were BB hoping for Perez to complain about being harassed by Hopkins?

I agree he would have complained.
I don't know how she kept her cool when he said that he can do what he likes because its the Perez show but she couldn't.
Nice mistake he made by saying he didn't care anything for the British public.
