Wish he could find a regular medium between his sober and drunk personas though. He's a little bit too bland in the day and in the night he goes just a little bit too overboard. Somewhere in the middle would be nice.

To be honest, and I'm speculating wildly here, but I suspect Kav is still wrestling with the gay thing a fair bit. I know he only came out publicly recently though I'm not sure how long he's been out to friends and family, but... in my experience guys who come out later often tend to be struggling with self-esteem issues somewhat related to their sexuality. I could be wrong, but I certainly don't think he loves himself, in therapist-speak. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Sooo.. Perez? I think he's essentially highly ambivalent about him. On the one hand he's curious about him, maybe even attracted a little, because Perez is so full on, unapologetic and unashamedly GAY GAY GAY. On the other hand he's resentful and repulsed.... because he is so unapologetic and unashamedly GAY GAY GAY. Does that make sense?
