Perez's behaviour is out of control yet we haven't seen him receive a formal warning for it. Through giving him so much airtime, Channel 5 are justifying his behaviour and, as such, condoning it.

Tonight's episode was the last straw. When he tried to lick Katie Hopkins, she said no. When he chased her around the garden trying to kiss her, she said no. When she was talking to him, he tried to lick her again, she said no and moved away. Now, let's put 2 different housemates in the situation. Let's say Calum tried to repeatedly lick Cami against her consent. Or Ken chased Chloe around the garden in pursuit of a kiss. Both of those housemates would either be warned for their behaviour or removed from the house. Why has that not happened with Perez?

By giving Perez a disproportionate amount of airtime, Channel 5 have effectively condoned his behaviour. His behaviour is upsetting the majority of fellow housemates and many viewers. Channel 5 need to be seen to be acting on this.

And when BB asked Hopkins if she was bothered, guess what?
She said NO.

For goodness sake, switch off and don't ruin the show.

Have you not wondered by OFCOM has only ever got involved in one incident... the race row. Since then, OFCOM has received complaints in over 200 different occasions, and the reason why they haven't done anything is because the programme has NOT broken the regulations.

I think if Katie H had a problem with what he did -- she will go to BB

I agree, it was totally unacceptable - and he should get a warning for that .
Jeremy was kicked out , and this is another invasion of personal space and Perez got physical and didn't agree to him doing that, but it is for Katie H to do the complaining, if she doesn't , she's prepared to let it go isn't she.

(that you Nadia ?? )

My advice to you is to open your window and yell 'IT'S NOT FAIR' at all your neighbours and stamp your feet as loud as you can.

If that doesn't sort Perez out, I don't know what will.

If you don't like it then switch off. Ofcom aren't taking your complaint seriously, if anything they are laughing at it.

And then people wonder why Ch5 are too scared to have live streaming. Ofcom would be on permanent redial for some.

I personally wouldn't have complained to OFCOM about this as KH herself didn't seem too upset. But, it is your prerogative and its your absolute right to do so if you feel fit no matter what anyone else thinks. OFCOM is there for a reason and if you feel that reason is justified that is up to you

If that person had been uncomfortable with it then yes. The thing here is, Katie Hopkins said she was fine with it.

Exactly. The fans are massively responsible with the way this show has gone in recent years.

I watch Big Brother (and have done since the very first episode of BB1) because it is a fun programme. I don't want to see constant conflict. And Perez is causing 99% of the conflict in that house. And to those saying, "switch it off", no. I will not switch off because of the actions of one individual. If Perez was never in the house, this could've been one of the best ever series of CBB but it has been ruined by his gameplaying.

What action did they take when Hopkins followed him everywhere he went spouting horrible abuse at him?
