I hadn't replied because I don't wake up in the middle of the night to check a Big Brother forum.

I've been posting on here for years and have posted similar threads to this in the past to a muted response. I have never seen the kind of name calling and nastiness I've just read through. It seems that Perez's behaviour is rubbing off on the forum too. How sad.

I do agree though with the name calling, it's uncalled for but i do not find a call to Ofcom is warranted.

Let me get this straight you were fine with the Shilpa Shetty situation and were not fine with the banter between Perez and Katy H. She was in his space at the time and that was probably the first time they had banter where both had fun.

Katie H is very clever.
She knew full well that if she complained about Perez forcing himself on her, then she may lose a lot of votes as people would accuse her of doing what Perez does - using the rule book to try and get others in trouble.

Where does he say he was fine with Shilpa situation, why do you assume he has seen all series of Big Brother. I've skipped a couple of the CBB ones, yet I thought yesterday was sexual harassment and on top of that we now know they didnt show clips of Perez where clips where he was thrusting his hips at her and telling her to suck him on top of that is disgraceful. It shouldnt be upto the housemate to complain - either thats sexually aggressive behaviour or not. Good for her for not complaining cause she proved a huge point by doing that - that she's stronger and less petty than Nadia and Perez and their rule book.

It's like saying just because a young woman is drunk or wearing a low top or short skirt that she was asking for it....some woman are strong and will shrug sexually inappropriate and being touched inappropriately and take it laughing, whilst others will be extremely upset. Either what Jeremy did was wrong or not...if he'd have done it to Michelle and she hadn't complained well BB should have dealt with it anyway.

Forget its Katie Hopkins here...that was a man's inappropriate behaviour to a woman.

you know ofcom just have a big bin labelled "sado" they put any big brother complaints into

dont be a sheep... know what it is you are actually doing and dont waste their time when they should be spending their resources closing down the ppi / pension scam revue / loud noises at work scam etc cold calls.

Katie H was in the diary room and was asked if she was upset about any behaviour and she chose not to complain or make a big deal of it.

I'm sure had she been upset BB would have said something.

It was clear to me that this was very playful banter of the "chase me, chase me" nature.

Do you honestly think Katie H would complain about anything?

If Perez had spat in her face she wouldn't have complained to BB.
If Perez had thrown a glass at her she wouldn't have complained.

Personally i'd rather either of those things than Perez forcing himself on me tho.

I feel so much better knowing our tax money goes to help people like the OP, they talk about money wasted in the NHS but this is just as much as waste as anything there.

If Perez wins, I think that Ofcom and the police SHOULD look at all the housemates contracts .

Not to make them public but to assure everyone that nothing is wrong.

In fact before the series starts someone should confirm that no housemate has an edge over any other.

It would obviously be fraud to "pretend" that public votes matter if someone was given,for example, a secret pass to the final..

Eg Perez said in the diary room that in the house bb had promised he would not go hungry --- making a mockery of the shopping task because if they had failed Perez would gave gone hungry.

I agree. Surely a socially based programme, as with social media, brings up issues that people have a broad spectrum of opinions on, and work through. This CBB series has already had 2 men removed for inappropriate behaviour, Jeremy and Ken, and Perez is going too near to the line. There's nothing wrong with someone having concern about if another person feels their space is intruded on in any way, and people criticising that I find rather low. Plus BB did question KH about if she felt anything had crossed the line; whether she laughed it off or not (she did say it was unpleasant), BB were concerned enough to check with her, and would have acted if she'd not laughed it off.

What's funny is when you go on the "Complain" section of the OFCOM site, there are little illustrations and under "Complain about a programme I saw or heard" is a picture that looks like the BB eye. Says it all, the most complaints they get are from BB viewers that complain about everything.

Complaining to OFCOM is the reason why we don't have Live Feed. If they can manage to get hundreds of complaints in a 40 minute show, imagine how much they would get 24 hours a day.
