Tonight's episode was the last straw. When he tried to lick Katie Hopkins, she said no. When he chased her around the garden trying to kiss her, she said no. When she was talking to him, he tried to lick her again, she said no and moved away. Now, let's put 2 different housemates in the situation. Let's say Calum tried to repeatedly lick Cami against her consent. Or Ken chased Chloe around the garden in pursuit of a kiss. Both of those housemates would either be warned for their behaviour or removed from the house. Why has that not happened with Perez?

By giving Perez a disproportionate amount of airtime, Channel 5 have effectively condoned his behaviour. His behaviour is upsetting the majority of fellow housemates and many viewers. Channel 5 need to be seen to be acting on this.”

bet it wasn't the first time...

If you read the sun today ofcom have had 100 s of complaints about perez and his sexual antics in the past week. Yesterday he apparently told katie to perform a sexual act on him which has been cut out.

Each transmission is seen by media legal experts to make sure it doesn't breach the broadcasting code. Its one of the main reasons that used to be given for no live feed but finally that's been dispelled the legal team still view the footage but the costs aren't as great as once made out.

Points being since the dark days of Channel 4's messup nothing leaves there that breaches the code so assuming making a complaint to Ofcom is a complete waste of time
if people actually read the Ofcom complaints procedure its there clearly "have you complained to the TV channel Directly". this isn't just aimed at the OP its everyone who seems to think running to Ofcom is the only solution.

This running directly to Ofcom is so destructive either complain to the channel or don't watch

I bet Big Bother's lawyers are laughing all the way to bank, having to give advice on what they can or cannot show...
