If it became like EE & Three it would be in with a chance of being the best network. Just saying.

For me i'd love O2 coverage with Three's data speeds. For me I have found even in the remotest parts of the country O2 has signal all be in 2g, they have signal everywhere. Three on the other hand seem to have most of their coverage in towns and cities, myself in a village can't get a sniff of three coverage.

As for data speed, on H+ O2 on a good day I might get 2mb which is frankly crap when you consider I used to get 12mb 3G on EE

I wouldn't say 3's rural coverage is crap everywhere. I live and travel around south west England and I'd say it is actually pretty good. There are blackspots, but all networks have those.

O2 is fine if you must be able to make a phone call though.

No! Call me stupid but I go with a supplier who supplies my need at a price I can afford.
Who they are or what they are called is irrelevant to me.

At the moment I'm with Three, but there time is fast running out after their 4G broken promises, but I like the unlimited data. So I'll hung on in to see if we ever get Three's 4G here and/or what packages EE has to offer data users as they already have 4G here.

I have been with O2 for years but if it becomes Three or another EE I would leave the network.

BT would have been safer hands for O2. Sky's involment now makes little odds.
Orange was a good company in the early days when owned by HW. I find Three to be very similar which is why I moved from EE to Three. So if you wish to jump ship if O2 becomes part of Three then it's your loss not ours.

No!! I would maybe join them!! The o2 network as it stands is junk. Another network like 3 or we throwing its network in with o2' pretty tough 2g network would be great.
