Digisender smart media box!
hi a while back bought one of these from AEI have loads of questions to ask
and does any one here own one of these devices? Generaly speaking it's a good device but AEI Aren't great at answering support questions and rarely reply to my queries cheers

Looks like a fairly generic (and low-end -- dual-core AMLogic processor) Android box.
What specifically is the problem? |

What specifically is the problem? i have quite a few questions most are work around for problems but still have some questions. i will post a couple now. 1. i have a Logitech k400 keyboard and had to do a factory reset and made sure all settings etc were backed up so after rest i would have to anything any way cut a long story short some keys strokes are not where they should be so go back to settings> langauge and input and there is a greyed out section for uk qwerty keyboard so how is this enabled i did it once sucesfully when i first got my keyboard but since the factory reset for the life of me i can\t remember how i set it up so any help on getting the correct charcters/symbols back working correctly would be helpful. 2. how do you get a screen grab of when you are in a app? i can get a screen grab of any website and share via what ever choices are available but not when i iam in a app many thanks
