No I don't think mine would like it, Betty has a hooded coat if weather is too bad or she has been known to snuggle inside my coat if it rains too hard.
Yes I had one for my Cavalier the was a clip on a short lead inside in the umbrella to attach to dogs coller... mine hated the thing as soon as I cliped it on that was it she was trying to run away from it binned it aftrer. It was a rectangle sheped doggy umbrella
