No way of knowing but it seems that most warnings given by BB are given without the 'victim' complaining. Usually to stop viewer complaints
Considering some of the utterly spiteful verbal stuff a lot of the HMs have gotten away with in that house a warning for a bit of playful licking is nonsense.
So now Perez is going to think Katie made a complaint about him, when she didn't. BB stirring it up again.
