If it was in a work place it would have been classed as sexual assault.. They go on about being there for their pay cheque so I think it should be treated as a work place. He deserves the warning!

I have never seen Katie blowing kisses or trying to lick his face and apparently it was a lot worse but CH 5 decided not to show the whole incident. What has she said to deserve a warning???

Okay let's say it was in a work place and it was caught on CCTV by the guy whom monitors the cameras, then he reports it to HR. Regardless of whether she reported it or not it was still sexual assault.

That is the 2nd time Perez has been pulled up this series but neither time did you actually hear BB give him an official warning. Just because they start the conversation "Before you came in to the house you were told....." does not mean an official warning was given!
