But if a rule has been broken it's still been broken even if no-one feels like they're a victim. BB's action (whatever it was - we didn't see a warning being issued) was as a result of Perez breaking a rule.

He TRIED to lick her, didn't actually lick her. All he did was kiss her on the cheek, he was trying to wind her up which is what Katie was doing to him. If she doesn't want him to touch her or be near him then she should stay away instead of trying to provoke him. He couldn't push her away could he?
