You'd verbally warn them without taking into consideration what both parties felt about the situation.
At most it would and should be don't do it again. End of Story.

It was ridiculous. The situation wasn't unlike Hopkins laying on top of Nadia even after being told to get off, but she won't get a warning. Just like Nadia, Hopkins was clearly laughing along.

It isn't about how Katie felt. Its about what Perez did. End of story.

Apparently he told her to perform a sex act on him. It's about time he was warned - he is disgusting and gets away with far too much.

If you were to constantly invade someone's personal space and they went to lick you to make you go away then it would be on you.

Too right he should be warned, he's got away with far too much.

If a bloke had shoved his face into someone else's like she did they would of been warned for aggressive behaviour.

Just because someone is laughing doesn't mean they like it, some people have nervous laughs.

Anyway if Katie had licked Perez then he would be the first in the Diary Room crying having fits and doing all sorts to get Katie thrown out

But wasn't she the one getting in his face and not the other way round ?

Blatant favouritism going on with BB.”

Maybe because she hasn't gone up to him Licking his face ,continually Thrusting her hips at him and and telling him to come suck her Gentials ,as he did her (so the reports in the papers say)

If HR gave them a verbal for sexual assault for that then HR would be completely in the wrong as there was no sexual assault .Assault at a push but certainly not sexual assault

Get out of here. They were both playing around.

If she doesn't want to be kissed or licked she shouldn't be walking up to the guy and shoving her beak right in his face. That warning was supremely wank.

Shouldn't Katie be warned for the racist comments she constantly makes about Americans. I suppose she would say she wasn't being racist because some of her best friends are American !

It was fair, he'd have been screaming for his lawyer if she had done that to him.

He was told not to touch her and he went ahead.

Personally I'd like to see his disembowelled.

It was a pathetic warning.

Americans aren't a race, how some of you can operate a computer is a mystery

What if it was the other what around, people would go crazy on here. so course Perez should get warned it is against the rule to try to Lick someone!

Licking someone when they explicitly tell you not to is warning worthy IMO. Luckily Katie wasn't bothered by it so it wasn't a big issue.

Agreed.
But if a rule has been broken it's still been broken even if no-one feels like they're a victim. BB's action (whatever it was - we didn't see a warning being issued) was as a result of Perez breaking a rule.

He TRIED to lick her, didn't actually lick her. All he did was kiss her on the cheek, he was trying to wind her up which is what Katie was doing to him. If she doesn't want him to touch her or be near him then she should stay away instead of trying to provoke him. He couldn't push her away could he? That would be something to be warned over so he tried to make a joke out of it but viewers like yourself and big brother are too much on the PC brigade that it's ridiculous now.

That's true, he probably got away with it
