They aren't ganging up on Keith because he is nice. They don't really know him as it seems he doesn't give anything away, they can't read him, he obviously is fairly down at the moment as Michelle says his sadness is making her sad. He must be uncomfortable to be around at times surely as he is so hard to read. He sits on the fence too which is annoying the others at this stage.
