Depends on the HM. If they want to get rid of them, one is enough. If they want to keep them they can get away with any number of them.

Did they give him a formal warning there, I didn't hear them say it was a warning ... just giving him an advisory ticking off is what it sounded like! A smacked wrist. I may be wrong, but I don't recall hearing the words 'formal warning', I'm sure I'll be corrected if I heard selectively

I've seen Perez be told about the rules twice in the diary room but neither time have I heard the words "BB has no alternative but to give you an official warning". Both times they told him he was told about whatever before he came in to the house then he interrupted and the conversation went on then was cut both times before he left the diary room. Therefore we have no proof that he actually received any official warning to date. Something that I am sure BB Producers are mindful of so they can keep on warning him!
