Interesting that some of the posters being cynical or unkind about Keith, who's pretty much harmless and has done literally nothing wrong, are the same ones who passionately support Katie Hopkins. Funny that.

But it doesn't have to mean anything. Certainly not that the people voting for the winner are doing it because that is the person that they want to be like and believe that it is the best way to behave.
Although KH is my least favourite HM, I do get fed up with the 'magnolia' celebs who are constantly on our screen. There are so many interchangable characters in the CBB house who do nothing - it is the over-riding feature of CBB - that it is not such a surprise that the public latch on to someone, anyone, who puts a little life into the house.

To be fair, the poster who used the word 'vile' has said it was sarcasm.
You tend to have to over-do the sarcasm with loads of smilies so that everyone catches on, but some of us got it.
They weren't fake and is no one allowed to be just a nice person or to be an emotional person. There are plenty of fake over the top people in there, you need some light and shade. If everyone was a Katie H or a Perez it would be unbearable. What's happening is the loud unbearable people are now trying to pick off the ones like Keith who they are scared might win. Katie H has been dripping little negative comments about Keith for days now. She knows exactly what she is doing and Kavana thinks he is stating his opinion but he will be in the firing line pretty soon.

Hes not vile i think he was just showing true emotion. In a house full of fakeness its nice to see someone being themselves.

Yep--I also recoiled when he claimed that. He's an old showbiz pro and survived, which means he's a Tough Cookie. Even someone on the smarmy BOTS panel claimed Keith was famous for stealing other comics' jokes and was NOT respected for it. Plus, as pointed out, he spent most of his career in an alcoholic fug, alas, so this new Sensitive Flower persona rings a tad false. We've seen him rampantly nude, don't forget, which even vile Perez has SO FAR drawn the line at. That said, Keith's harmless enough, but he hasn't much Personality, and makes Cav and Callum seem positively Dynamic! He needs to stay home with his wife and paycheque.
I can't imagine him doing it on purpose, was just emotional. I wonder how people would react if Katie Hopkins cried. Oh poor Katie, must feel sorry for her. It's all very biased.
Katie Hopkins is about as appealing as a heap of vomit. If she had any morals she would make a vow of silence.
