Only drink black coffee no sugar and am trying decaf as I am getting hands shaking slightly
Currently on Kenco which doesn't seem too bad can anyone recommend a tasty one to try

One of the best I've tried is Nescafe Alta Rica decaff, Waitrose freeze dried decaff is quite good too.

Just wait until you've been fully off the caffeine for a while, then treat yourself to a massive sweet extra shot coffee from a coffee shop - that'll give you shakes (and sweats)!

Going full decaf is quite the eye opener - the 2 weeks of blinding headaches certainly let you know that you are, in fact, an addict suffering withdrawl.

But, as others have mentioned - after, say, 4 weeks without caffine you'll certainly notice that coffee "hit" when you do have a cup.

If you want to cut the caffeine for good there's a drink called Barleycup from Holland and Barrett that's as close to coffee as you can get without going down the de caf route.

I inadvertently gave up drinking tea and coffee and now I've managed to rid myself of the caffeine addition.

The cold turkey wasn't pleasant but I feel much better for it.

certainly it is not the food, but unfortunately I have not found a similar post about drinks
So...I am a little perfectionist and I am irritated because of coffee with beans pieces.
I hate it.on Valentine's Day my boyfriend gave me a coffee grinder Now I am calm
And I do not like spicy food also after it u r very thirsty.good if you are at home but if you're in a restaurant, it does not look very nice
