Loved your coverage last time round but that's probably because there was more differing opinions. It is a hard listen to be honest because I disagree with a lot of the opinions being expressed. It was great to have Polly (I think that was her name) on that one episode because we don't hear enough of that point of view. Please get her back on. Before you ask me to get my ass on the call Doc, I'm a total coward but I may drop in on the chat.

Yes I'm very surprised to hear that, I'm not being negative in regards to Sarah, it's not about seeing past anything, I just can't tolerate the lady's voice, not her fault, I've tried, it's a personnel thing

Easy tiger fgs lol, who said I knew what makes great radio, just can't go the guy, you can't sit on a radio show and criticise people with impunity and then get all precious when someone else does the same. Im not interested in making the show what I want or changing it, I'm sure your audience are happy with it,. It can be a good show, and I wish you all well with it

Last season i dont remember this kind of negativity or sarcasm. Really enjoyed the shows and many great guests. Wolfie and some of the others.
however, this season it was a perez Hate room and a perez Hate show. If anyone said anything remotely neutral or in defence of perez < BOOM> mob attack.
I'm talking chat room, Never made it past a first half hour of one radio show. It was the week of the Chloe, oh my boob was exposed, dramatics. As a female I was suspicious and thought Chloe's reactions were unlikely to be anything but gameplay. People were posting like she had suffered attempted rape by Jeremy. Comparisons were made in the chat.
I left shaking my head a bit as i was Challenged to CALL IN ! why? so instead of being abused in typing I could be abused verbally? lol
I liked perez causing trouble in the house, playing his role but NOT enough to open myself up to mocking abuse. I'm not a youngster who places self worth on whether anyone agrees with me. I dont feel the need to Prove a Point when challenged.
THERE is nothing wrong with all sides/perspectives being allowed to speak, there is nothing wrong with people having different life experiences and Opinions.
I do have issue with people being mocked.
although i do admit to making fun of brad in chat-- BAD ME !!
oh and i was so relieved to come here , lurk and read that about half the posters were posting things similar to my own thoughts.
usually i'm articulate and see things a bit differently then others, so do enjoy posting.
I read almost everything here because I really ENjoy Everyone's opinions...even if wrong LOL
But there is something very different about listening to a radio show where it seems that there a line to follow and if you are on the other side of the line, see things differently, you will be disrespected
Just my opinion.

I agree, I usually love listening to Doc & Pete on Couch Potatoes but I haven't enjoyed the show this series. Obviously it's a shame they had a few technical problems which hasn't helped but I seriously don't get the hate for Perez. The guy is just a buffoon who with Katie Hopkins has made this series a hit. I can understand people finding him annoying but is he really 'vile'? If you compare him to somebody like Dennis from Big Brother 9 or Jade, Jo & Danielle during Shilpa-gate, he looks like a saint. I think if you stop taking Perez seriously, you will enjoy the series much better.
Having said all that, it's good to have a show like BBCP so keep tuning in.Sidenote: Is Coco still stalking Pete?

Coco seemed a bit more reasonable with her views too. Love Coco
I find Perez really funny. Sometimes it's unintentional humor at his own expense but he's still hilarious. The only remotely vile thing he did was berate Alexander which was out of order. That is the only housemate he can be said to have contributed to pushing out the door. Ken and Jeremy pushed themselves out. Ken is most to blame for the bad atmosphere at the beginning.
