Yes she did.

It was after the Alexander "Faggot" comment when Perez was seemingly out of control, Katie suggested that everyone ignore him, not talk to him etc and then when Alexander had left the HMs were very angry with Perez.

My personal opinion was that if they had isolated him for a short while things would have probably improved.

Perez though is his own worst enemy.

She desperately went about saying it a few times from what I recall

"Isolate the bastard" were her actual words.

A few times actually

She absolutely did, and if that's not bullying I don't know what is.

She did indeed. I think she even told him to his face that she wanted to see him isolated.

Yep, over and over, to anyone that dared continue speaking to him and just to the room in general (e.g. the night she roared round the bedroom, after which Nadia and Patsy fled to the toilet in disgust).

Would a person need to have experienced isolation themselves to know the effects it can have on an individual? I'm asking because I'm wondering if KH has experienced this at some point in her life, that she wants someone to experience it because she knows the effect it will have on the person.

Isn't sending a child to a naughty step isolation to a degree - they're told to go and sit on their own and think about what they've done and then have to apologise.

That is what I saw the call for isolation to be for - not for the rest of the time in the house.

Agree. It was to stop Perez's behaviour at the times he was really acting up - dont feed him so he stops. It wasn't about isolating him for the whole show. This occured after Jeremy, Ken and finally Alex left the house. He had a hand in all 3. People seem to forget how relentless he was......in the first 10 days. The other housemates dont like Perez in the house because of his behaviour - it has zilch to do with KH. Even Keith didn't want to speak to him at the time.

No its not the same thing at all, giving a child boundaries and teaching them right from wrong is not the same as perpetually telling people to isolate someone.

It was Nadia who had it right by repeatedly telling them to ignore his more extreme antics, that in a way is akin to telling children off so that they learn.

No point in changing the goal posts now by saying she only meant it for a little while, if she had meant that then she would have agreed with Nadia. She is a bully plain and simple and isolation is a prime example of what bullies do.

But if they all took Nadia's advice and ignored him that would have isolated him...so what's the difference?

No, she didn't say it...she demanded it, several times.

She also said anyone who didn't join in with her bullying campaign was an "enabler" and tried to guilt-trip them into isolating him.

She demanded that everyone else stop speaking to Perez or giving him any kind of attention...then started falling him around the house goading him to make herself look good.

Nadia said to ignore his behaviour not him, do you really not see the difference?

easier said than done when you have someone so abhorrent in the house.

Because Nadia didn't say they should ignore him, she said they should ignore his more extreme behaviour. Which is pretty much what Nadia did and why she became good friends with him. Also on BOTS last night she said that she had the best conversations with Perez as they talked about places they had been etc., etc. We didn't see anything of that.

The DS 'vile'-brigade strike again

I agree that people like Perez should be isolated, he goads people until they snap at him, enabling to play victim so he can feel loved.

And you're all falling for it.
