I did say in my post that Perez shouldn't have said what he did. He was wrong for saying it, but he wouldn't have said it if Katie hadn't been nasty about Keith.

I think the same thing could be said about Katie.
I haven't posted very much at all on here during this series because of all the negativity that goes on and the fact that people seem unable, unwilling or both, to admit when their favourite has said or done something wrong. And I can see that this is still the case.

going to BB and saying Im frightened for my safty in the BB house and calling someone names and saying I hope to see him go are two different things
BB has to take notice of someone fearing for their safety (Perez's lawyers would act if they didnt)
BB dont have to take notice or act if another HM says they hope to see him go, he shouldnt be in there or he doesnt deserve to stay there

Yes it wasn't called 'final' in the video. We haven't seen any other formal warnings so either they made a mistake in the article or or we haven't be shown everything.
