Shame those days are over. Also, did you all know that her official UK Interscope store is stocking a UK only 4track single of Living For Love??? I'm a massive fan and this totally passed me by. How the hell are we meant to support her if we don't know about stuff like this!

I'm at the front. I don't go to concerts unless i am at the front or at least a few rows behind. The further you are, the less you see. I had a terrible mix up once at a concert where i was right at the back and all i saw for two hours was a dot running around on the stage. Plus there were no screens above so the people at the back could not see what was going on. The worst experience ever.

it was all I could get though, there were no seats available in level one.

On the bright side I get to experience it live. My MDNA seats weren't great but it was still a blast. There are people less fortunate than me who can't even go. I just feel a little bitter that I spent £100 a ticket for seats so far away
it was all I could get though, there were no seats available in level one. At this moment in time I can't afford it. I might try and pay off one of credit cards and use Event Travel to book a ticket/hotel package with. I did that for the Re-Invention tour and it was the best two days I've had for years.

Hoping that she holds on. Best album she has done in years.
I predict Friday's sales: Madonna 1.8K Sam Smith 4.2K Saturday's Sales; Madonna 2.3K Sam Smith 7.1K (following Comic relief) Which means total sales: Madonna 31.6K Sam Smith: 28.2K (We can hope!) |

I can't afford to go. I just don't have the money at the moment and I don't bother with gigs unless I have a decent close up seat. For me I don't see the point of wasting money to be sat near the back and watch a dot on a stage a mile away. Plus she's not playing anywhere near me in Wales so I'd have to fork out a lot for travel and accomodation as well. It's just all too expensive. I was lucky to see her at the Birmingham NIA on her MDNA tour and was right up close, almost touching distance, so nothing could top that anyway! Shame though as I love her new album much more than MDNA and would love to see her performing Rebel Heart songs live. Ah well.

Where can I listen to the 4 additional tracks on the Super Deluxe version of the album, please? I have the standard 14 track version of the album. I listened to the 5 extra tracks on the deluxe version and only liked Messiah so I downloaded that one song from Amazon MP3, but Amazon don't seem to have the super-deluxe version to download or any previews of the extra songs, even. Same with Napster, which I subscribe to. They have the standard and deluxe versions of the albums to listen to but not the super deluxe version. 7 Digital don't have the super deluxe version to hear previews of or buy mp3's of either. I can't access Itunes (something about my computer won't let me access it) so I don't know if they have the superdeluxe version but I couldn't listen to it on there anyway. Are there any other sites where I can hear the 4 extra songs on the super deluxe and be able to purchase them as mp3's, should I actually like any of them? There must be somewhere! I may not even like the tracks (like I said, I only like 1 out of the 5 extra tracks on the deluxe version) but I may like 1 or more of the super-deluxe extra tracks!

I'm going to be optimistic:
I predict Friday's sales: Madonna 1.8K Sam Smith 4.2K Saturday's Sales; Madonna 2.3K Sam Smith 7.1K (following Comic relief) Which means total sales: Madonna 31.6K Sam Smith: 28.2K (We can hope!) I really do think the leaks added by the 9 songs already out is what caused sales to be lower than expected. Hold Tight did top iTunes so must have sold 2k at least on there in its own right to achieve that. Then there was Iconic and Joan Of Arc which also took 2 and 3 respectfully. Those sales should be included in Rebel Hearts sales but it can't be. I also think the 14 track standard with different cover to the one being promoted only being stocked by supermarkets has caused serious issues as well. I'm not making excuses, I'm just applying common sense. Its very easy to see why its gone this way once you weigh it all up. |

You've forgotton Thursday's sales!
![]() ![]() I assumed the Thursday update included Thursday's figures. But never mind, thanks for posting them anyway. I now predict that Madonna will debut at #2 with Sam Smith selling just 1.2K more copies than her.

Madonna will get her 12th number 1 album eventually, just a shame it might not be with Rebel Heart.
By the way, I was doing some digging into Madonna's sales. There is a user on here who constantly says Madonna has never had a platinum selling album in the UK for the 2010s, well Celebration reached platinum status in March 2010 if that counts and The Immaculate Collection is only 400k away from 4 million UK sales! how amazing is that! |

I think Madonna will make #1. Sam Smith has Comic Relief tonight which will benefit his sales tonight and all of tomorrow, but HMV are selling Rebel Heart for £6.99 and £.9.99.

Do these updated figures include the iTunes album pre order though? If it doesn't there is still a big opportunity that when they are included [saturday I thought] she could get a number 1

Anyway I just got back from the lunch run at Tesco, Sam Smith is in the Mothers Day section with all the other gifts!! Madonna is no where to be seen but she is at #1 on their album chart and its only £7. So it looks like the album is being marked down already in price. I think that's a sure sign it isn't selling. Maybe she just reached the point now where people only want the older songs and aren't interested in new material anymore. I suppose as fans we should be lucky she continues to release new material rather than bringing out a repackaged Greatest Hits every two years like other legacy artists do. |
