The album has already been reviewed by a journalist who was at a listening party and they confirmed that Queen and Autotune Baby is on the boxset. There are two additional remixes for iTunes customers though.

I still think she is singing about her fame and newer artists taking the limelight. Its the breakdown part where she sings about 'imitations', 'on a new generation', 'somethings can't be replaced' and 'losing her throne' that makes me think this.
Its kinda like Michael's Stranger In Moscow. |

I can imagine apart of her would be scared to lose her throne and perhaps query what will become of her legacy when she finally leaves this world (which will never happen as Madonna will outlive us all). But she should never worry. Because her ass is permanently stuck to that throne.

I think she has the will and ambition to carry on for decades to come, providing she stays fit and healthy she will not retire. If Mick Jagger is still strutting around on stage at 71 it's fair to say that Madonna will be too (if not older).

I wouldn't put it past Madonna settling down in a Las Vegas residency in years to come. That would help her not be away from her children so much. I know her children have been the main reason on why she doesn't tour in Australia anymore.

I can see it on the American Amazon but I think its a simple mistake by Amazon. Queen and Autotune Baby leaked because the CD is in production. So they have to be on it.

If Queen and Autotune Baby aren't on the special disc then I have no reason to buy the Super Deluxe. I will be quite happy with my 19 track version. I feel many fans will not bother with it either, it wouldn't be worth another £12 when all you get is 4 tracks and two Living For Love remixes. I don't bother myself with remixes these days. I don't care enough about the charts to worry about remixes!
I am not fond of remixes anyway. I normally eye roll when they appear as bonus tracks, as for me it is waste on the album. |

She better not f*ck about with Joan of Arc because the version I've heard is lovely. Keep it simple Maddy.

Her children will be grown up by the time she even considers that. I think Madonna has always hated Las Vegas anyway, when she performed there on her Confessions Tour and the crowd was unresponsive she shouted "come on Vegas, wake the f*ck up!". I can't see her doing it.

Well. I hope she doesn't go to Las Vegas because I don't like Vegas and I don't want to go there to see her!
If she doesn't want to travel as she gets older, she could do a residency of multiple nights in NYC or here in London. Why would it have to be Vegas? |

Actually we do not know what age she could be when she considers it. Her young children are not even in their teens at the moment. So let's not write it off just yet.

Why are people getting pissy about me saying this? I am not bothered that you don't share my opinion, but i am bothered at the attitude towards my idea and the use of an exclamation mark. No need. You are a better person than this, going by our past conversations. |

A reviewer who was at the listening party said that the special disc contains:
1) Beautiful Scars 2) Queen 3) Borrowed Time 4) Graffiti Heart 5) Autotune Baby 6) Addicted 7) Joan of Arc (Acoustic version) (Basically the demo version)* 8) Iconic (Stage II)* 9) Living For Love (Remix) 10) Living For Love (Remix) * = iTunes customers only. It will be interesting to see who is right. I'd love her to do another album with multiple acoustic tracks like American Life. |

I've heard the final album in full and I'm gutted... Everyone has a different opinion about her music, but I feel that this album isn't very good at all, I think there are so many weak and forgetable tracks on the album. Her voice isn't even clear in a lot of the songs, and on others she is using to much auto tune and effects on her voice. There's so many songs on the album that are nowhere near as good as the demo versions, the most notable is Rebel Heart, that song has been butchered. The demo with avicii sounded so much better, Beutiful Scars isn't as good as the demo either, infact I got bored halfway through the final version. The songs with the rappers on are just terrible and the Sex song is cringeworthy. The Autotune Baby song is irrating.
Overall she could have done so much better and the demos prove it, and the fact that the demos are better than the final versions is quite bad. The only standout track for me is Ghosttown. I'd rank this album as one of my least favourites. It is definitely no Like A Prayer, Ray Of Light or Confessions on a Dancefloor 3/10 I'm disappointed to write that I completely agree with you. I've only been gutted 3 times in Madonna's career, Erotica, Bedtime Stories (which I detest) and Rebel Heart. Rebel Heart is not a good album, it is far too long and a lot of the songs are forgettable with no hooks. I was bored and just wanted to album to finish way before it actually did, although I did like Messiah and Rebel Heart at the end. Cutting the album to 12 songs would be a big help. For singles Devil Pray, my favourite song on the album and then end of campaign. If the rumours are true that the tour is arenas only and if tickets are £200+ I won't be going because the album is not strong enough to support a tour. I moaned a lot on here about the MDNA singles which I would stand by but I thought the album was good, there were stand out songs Gang Bang. I'm Addicted, Love Spent and Falling Free but no songs on Rebel Heart are coming close to them with 1/2 exceptions Devil Pray and perhaps Ghosttown at a push. I also confirm your top 3 albums are the same as mine, unfortunately Rebel Heart is aiming for the bottom 3. I am gutted tonight and only hope that 2018 will produce a better Madonna album.

To each their own, I guess. But I have no idea how anyone could listen to Rebel Heart and hear no hooks. Some people are never satisfied. I do hear some echoes of Bedtime Stories in songs like Best Night and Erotica in Holy Water and SEX so I guess if you hate those you wont like this.
I also find it odd that people are complaining she gave us too many songs! I can never get enough Madonna. If she released a 12 song album people would be complaining it's too short. But although I like MDNA, I find this album to be much stronger than that. To me this is her best album since Music, better than COADF which I feel is a bit overrated. In fact, I like it so much I wouldn't even mind if she did all Rebel Heart songs on the tour. All 25! But she won't, as I know a lot of fans would have a meltdown. |

The UK version may now NOT include Messiah or SEX on the main disc. The tracklisting is now: 1-11 As currently listed 12. Beautiful Scars 13. Holy Water 14. Inside Out 15. Wash All Over Me 16. Best Night 17. Veni Vedi Vici 18. Rebel Heart Extra Disc (Super Deluxe) 19. Queen 20. SEX 21. Borrowed Time 22. Addicted 23. Messiah 24. Living For Love (Remix) 25. Living For Love (Remix) Not sure what to make of this but I actually might not bother even buying the album if she's going to keep f*cking us about. |
