I got the impression that she flounced away from the kitchen after Keith twice muttered under his breath about Kav because the girls were saying Kav was funny? She didn't like Keith mumbling about Kav.

I have no idea but I do agree she does deserve such. Like I say maybe just an ice breaker first thing in the morning, I know if I've ever fallen out with someone especially if living or working so closely I'd rather reach a type of truce even if only temporary
