It is rare for anyone to be 100% nice.

Most of the time he is good natured and pleasant. Every now and again the pressure cooker of the BB house gets to him and he becomes a bit snappy. He's human!

I thought he seemed "too good to be true" when he first went in and I think he was trying a bit too hard to be nice etc - but I also believe that is his character and he is a kind, sensitive man who does not like confrontation. Nothing wrong with being magnolia - or whatever that cow calls him. KH is really gunning for him - possibly because she sees him as a potential winner. Please god - he wins and not her. Good people have to triumph over nasty bullies - or what has the world come to.

It's great how a man who appears to have never had anything detrimental written about him and who freely admits to his own mistakes in the past when he used to drink is still being doubted as being genuinely decent by FMs who know better than anyone who's actually aquainted with him. Yet this forum were all fawning over Jim Davidson, a man with a very chequered past who was obviously playing the game - but his act was lapped up.

Yes, he can be a little sactiminious about drinkers, as is the case with many ex drinkers, but he seems a decent person who occasionally reaches snapping point.

I am sorry that your father was an alcoholic. They are hard to live with - I know as my ex husband was also one.
