But I know what you mean about the BIB. Some women (and some men for that matter) seem to regard having a husband or SO as one of the accoutrements that are essential requirements in life. Whether that is because they feel some how incomplete without one or because it is shameful to be without such an asset. Either way it does seem to reduce men down to the role of accessories or acquisitions.

Personally I am dubious that it ever happened. Where on earth would Katie Price be now without all the sex and scandal and babies and failed relationships? That's her stock in trade, especially now her glamour model career and marriage to Peter is over. As I've said before washing her dirty linen in public is how she keeps in the public eye and if she doesn't keep in the public eye the Jordan brand is over. She doesn't act, sing, she doesn't write her own books - like Kerry Katona her sole asset is herself and the public's strange fascination with her. I'm not suggesting that all her failed relationships are down to a desire to get publicity, but I think she - or her manager/agent has cottoned on the fact that her tales of woe can earn her hard cash.

Personally I think the reason she acts like an unintellient person is because frankly she is pretty unintelligent. Making a lot of money as a famous for being famous celebrity is proof of nothing - there are loads of agents/managers/financial advisors who guide the career of such a person - no particular intelligence needed just a deep seated desire for money and a desire to do almost anything to get it

What's curious is that KP has never mentioned all these men being unfaithful until now. Which is odd considering that she was mouthing off about her current husband's infidelity within minutes of finding out and she hasn't shut up about it since!
