I've seen a guy get arrested for saying something similar to what Perez said outside of a nightclub before so it does happen. Never said anything about it going to trial. Most likely a slap on the wrists for disorderly conduct

The inmates of Broadmoor have also been known to be humerous on occassion. They're not as dangerous as Perez though.

Well I don't believe in the death penalty, and I don't believe it's ok for guards to turn a blind eye to paedophiles and child killers getting beaten in prison.
I believe as enlightened, decent, moral people we should have the strength to show decency to those that haven't shown it to others, not to stoop to their level.
OK there are several things going on here. It would seem that whether or not people can see him being genuinely upset or not would depend on their previous bias of him. I do not like the guy but dig him for his ability to entertain.

Let's rewind....did he cry in the DR? No....he started quietly sobbing as he was descending the stairs, with his hood up!
