The problem with Michelle
Fanntastik
01-02-2015
The problem with Michelle is that she is preaching to the wrong audience with her whole schtick about the LGBT community. The UK is light years ahead of the US when it comes to LGBT equality and rights. Not to mention specifically about BB is that this is the same show that crowned an openly gay winner back in 2001 and a transgendered winner in 2004.

If BBUS had the BBUK format, she would probably pick up a lot of support in America but in the UK...it doesn't fly.

Wait, Michelle's a supporter of the LGBT community?

Surely she would've mentioned that by now. Michelle from CBB? Is that the Michelle you mean?

I'm surprised she's not spoken up about it. I know people don't want recognition for their good deeds or anything - that's not why they do it - but I still feel like it would have come up in conversation before.

There's still time for her to say something. Might get her some more fans. Not that she'd be shilling for the gay vote or anything. That's absolutely not what I'm inferring. Up until a minute ago, I didn't even know that she was into that kind of thing. She's kept that very quiet.

Are we talking about the same Michelle?

You're probably confusing me with someone else, but I'll take it. Thanks very much.

I admired her when she first went in thinking wow she supports the gay community but after seeing her on the show. She's not done anything to 'support' them or be a voice for them. She's been a manipulative bully. She likes power and control. I don't think she cares about the community its all about her her her. If the community didnt idolise her she wouldn't give a crap but because they do she's their voice.

The Michelle 'doing it for the community' thing is an American thing. they buy into it over there because they are silly and she would probably win an American version. But here it just comes across as contrived. Here it's probably the case that Katie Hopkins has more gay fans than Michelle, Kavana and Perez put together.

She should make it to the final, which is as much as she could expect.
I doubt that we will ever hear of her again.
