Whereas the others seem to be being themselves both in the House and they're the same in the Diary Room.
But think the win would mean more to Keith than any of the others. If it benefits him psychologically, then all for it.
I don't think Katie H should win, although her relationship with Perez has been the ongoing theme this year - it's getting bit irritating .....so I'm hoping that Calum wins. He's bit bland .......but out of all of them............that's who I wouldn't mind taking it.
Doesn't really matter who wins CBB though really. (as long as it's NOT Michelle, Cami or Katie drone Price
)”
With you on a lot of that, especially in the typical default view of Vote to Evict mentality of not wanting hated HMs to succeed over wishing favoured HMs to win. I wouldn't spend any money voting but I'd prefer a nicer, calmer more reasoned and level headed HM to win as childish behaviour should not be encouraged or endorsed (for the individuals benefit but also as a message to the producers for future casting). For me then that's one of Cheggers, Pricey, Michelle or even Calum on a sliding scale.
On a side note about who cares who wins or does it matter to the celebs, I'd say it does matter to some extent, beyond the 'prestige' and boost to their agent's bargaining power & client's desirability for new gigs, in the long run we only really remember/recognise (as in acknowledge) the winners and a handful of significant also-rans, the rest get forgotten/mixed up with previous series/different reality prog celeb appearances, so it's crucial to stay relevant in their fickle industry.
On that note I noticed Tuffers signed up and was first off The Jump and in briefly channel hopping was also on that 'celebs do variety act' thing with Stephen Mulhern on the other side; keeping his hand in as per usual! His last Test Match was in 2001 (and he retired from County Cricket the following year)!! So that's a long time on the celebrity conveyor belt, so respect due!
Back to CBB and your other points: I too am beyond tired with the whole Hopkins vs Perez shite the producers tried to maintain, so there's another great reason to vote for someone else to win; let them see that their manipulation doesn't always work, unlike the Journey of Helen series.
I'd disagree though about Keith 'not being himself' in the DR. I hate that phrase generally speaking but I'd say that in his instance there's too much conflict in the house for him and so safe up in the cocoon of the DR he feels more relaxed and comfortable enough to express himself and voice opinions of and observations on the HMs. We even had him & Pricey hide up in their when it kicked off one time; I do enjoy the relationship those two have built up naturally in there btw. In the isolation of the DR he can feel more like a fan of the show looking in and openly diarise his thoughts, as was the intention of that room.
I'd also add on that that people are complex and can display all manner of emotions dependent on current mental state, the situation they find themselves and any confrontation from peers they're forced to deal with head-on. That's why it does my head in that people dismiss all behaviour outside of their chosen 'type' for a certain 'judged' celeb as 'not being themselves'. And also why it does my head in when Hopkins tries to over simplify everything and pigeon hole everything and everyone into such basic and polarised categories and judgements. There's more to her than she's letting on and there's more to Perez than she'd like us to believe etc etc. Keith can be happy, sad and all points in between.
Right, I'm off as the missus needs a cuppa!!
