i very much doubt its true, just cant see that happening at all. i have just seen the tellymix article and they have no really made it clear its 'vote to evict' at all.
they still say we decide 'who stays, who goes', which is pretty much the tagline for vote to save.
its an awful idea if true.
Would be a very good money spinner. I don't watch the regular BB, I only watch the celeb version, and I never vote. If I had the opportunity to evict katie hopkins though, I'd pick up the phone 
Should be vote to save it means that you have to vote for who you like as they would be in jeopardy rather than all votes being concentrated on one or two controvertial characters. Vote to evict lets the boring housemates stay in.

Just reading various Tweets on Twitter it does seem the statement on tonight reads
"Phone lines will open for a short time and a HM evicted". So far there's been no mention of saving anywhere

A HM will still be evicted whether it's vote to save or to evict.

BB will only change to vote-to-evict if they want rid of Perez. There would be no other result seeing as Saint Hopkins' sins are mostly ignored or tolerated.
