You'll find the "outtakes" hidden easter egg on the "Interview and profile" feature. in the top left hand corner there's a small "EXIT" sign select it and the gag reel will roll.

i know i found that. its the alternative ending that i cant find even though it its on the extras list on the box

Ok.
On the extra features disc the second menu option is "Commentary" select it.
They must have made a titling error on the disc as this is the alternative ending. (and it doesn't suit the film)

what do all think of the picture quality of the movie itself i think there are 2 many black spotty things
