You lot nearly surprised me then, with one character topping the vote from the very beginning and lasting at the top for quite some way... but then after a run of votes in her favour the character in second raced to the top, in the end, only winning by two votes.

The wonderful (I'm slightly biased) Stacey makes it through to the semi-finals, along with Sharon and Linda, however we must sadly lose two characters, and they're quite big characters in terms of this tournament.
Charlie has been romping to the top of a lot the rounds, only stumbling in the last two. In the vote to get rid of your least favourite characters, Charlie performed the best getting the lowest number of votes against him.
And last year's winner Carol fails to make it to the Semi-Finals, after a quiet few months- but she's always been a character whose performance in this tournament depends on her on-screen presence.
So with Carol out, we will definitely have a new winner this year.
Before we can declare a winner, however, we have one more space to fill in the Semi-Finals.
