If that's the case then I suppose Perez could argue that what he said to Calum was said in a tone that most people have said in a temper - ie he wasnt really going to shove his **** up Calums

I don't have a problem with her saying it, i'm just pointing out the hypocrisy. Katie Hopkins fans moaned when Perez said he would kill himself if he was her child but don't seem to have a problem with what Katie said, which was worse.

Did parez say if he was her child he would kill himself what's good for the goose is good for the gander. People seem to be overdramatising every single word she says personally

It's also worth pointing out that Perez would be the one who dies in both situations.
People were angry for Perez saying he would kill himself, but Katie says he would kill him and people just brush it off as nothing.

I find it incredible that some people think she was serious.......roll eyes.

yeah right, she was thinking "what is good for the goose is good for the gander". No, she was mouthing off in her usual HYPOCRITICAL style (actually it is late and I can't remember if it was her or just her fans that freaked out about Perez saying he would kill himself if he was her child….). Perez is consistent and true to himself whereas Katie seems to be consistently hypocritical. One thing is true, "if you can't beat them join them"….she can't out argue Perez since he DOESN"T CARE whereas she wants to win. She can't beat him in an argument so she "joins him"…lol.

I think it is worse to kill a child then oneself (even if oneself is a child…)


and yet people think Perez is serious when he responded to be called a "dick", with "and I'll shove it up your ass"….like he would rape him. He even clarified it in the DR by saying "if Callum was open to it then…"…..it wouldn't be rape if Callum was open to it and so Perez's prior comment was an insult and not a threat.

I actually did NOT think KH was serious and was being hyperbolic with her criticism just like Perez is often hyperbolic in his responses to insults. They both give exaggerated responses as insults or as criticisms. However she instigates whereas he mainly responds.

I said to my daughter last night " I will bloody shoot you if you have left that bathroom in a mess" but I haven't got a gun.

I could say a lot of things I don't mean, many of which would get me banned on here, in public they would get me arrested.

Every series we see people play daft games sometimes several people join in, oddly this is the only series I have seen a row over it. Egg throwing is a regular feature as is sitting on the floor rolling something to each other. I always think it just shows how boring it is in there.

Of course she wasn't serious. But she said it. And there are certainly enough people here that have a conniption if Perez says one word wrong. I think it's just a case of turnabout's fair play. If he gets stick for an insult, why shouldn't she?

Though I must say, I don't find (especially a mother) joking about killing children to be at all amusing.

If I had lived with that for three weeks I would probably feel the same.
