I'm always a fan of the big, controversial housemates, but this woman is just beyond a joke. I love a villain housemate, the house always needs a bit of a bitch. But she doesn't even fall into either of those categories. She's just a really pathetic person and she's highly offensive.

She is more unpleasant than Helen Wood.

Perhaps Helen Wood and Katie Have could front a new reality tv show marooned on an island with living cannibals!

I agree. Helen had a very agressive temper and had a foul mouth, and was very rude. However, she didn't ridicule every single sector of society. I'm not easily offended at all...in fact nothing in the 16 years of the show has ever offended me. However, that ADHD comment came very close. Such a horrible, nasty thing to say and she says it so confidently and she's so blasé about it. Disgusting woman.

Normally she diverts attention to someone else when she's in the wrong, but she didn't have to this time, Perez with his AIDS remark was enough for them all to jump on him and let her off the hook.

Yeah, that was completely unnessacary.

I have also noticed there is a very fine line between the patronising "I am talking to an idiot" condescending face, and a mouth open gormless face.

She is trying to get the dimwit brigade on board, those that actually believe that ADHD doesn't exist and it is a made up tag for "naughty". She sickens me. I have dealt with children with ADHD, it is no bloody laughing matter. To trivialise what they and their families have to go through is disgusting.

Nobody appears to have had it when I was young.

Her point ( supported by Michelle) is that it is diagnosed by doctors as an easy option.

it took over 2 years to get my sons diagnosis of ADHD autism and dyspraxia

no one had it when you were young as they were all just shoved into special class

this attitude not only ****s me off, but makes me fear for society

Oh silly me.
I should just let my son carry through his lack of impulse control and understanding of consequence and throw himself into deep water, in front of large trucks and down stairs (he's attempted all of those before the age of 5) because his condition isn't real!

He goes to special school for absolutely no reason!

Being as he's now too large to restrain the lowest possible dose of Meds to help his impulse control are the worst possible thing we could do! Of course! We should just let him get on with killing himself!

Katie Price could educate her, it is one of Harvey's problems.

They didn't have it when I was young either, but there were plenty of kids who were written off, being told they were useless, being put on punishments often physical all the time Funny that isn't it! Just because it hadn't been identified doesn't mean it didn't exist. Thank goodness that now children with ADHD and their families can get the help and support they need.

Well, you certainly were right that she's appealing to the dimwit section of society....

The ignorance of some people is astounding....

My 10 year old daughter....it took THREE years to be diagnosed....and in her case, MEDICATION...since that's what it is.....CHANGED HER LIFE....

Me, not a PROBLEM child at all.... I HAD IT WHEN YOU WERE YOUNG!

I don't have Adult ADHD, I have ADHD that wasn't recognised and diagnosed as a child...

It took 2 years to be diagnosed, but in reality, it took DECADES

Yes I have heard it too, same with autism, people have called it just 'naughty kids', KH is great at her job in the media but ridiculous and ignorant about just every real life condition.

It exists but it is also true that it is overdiagnosed.
