I use Netflix with Cactus VPN smart DNS service on my laptop, tablet, smart TV and PS3, and have noticed recently that I am getting the "Netflix is not available in your location" message a lot more. Is anyone else seeing this?

I think, despite the protestations of Netflix, they are actually starting to crack down on VPN/DNS use.
