You don't 'have' to do anything - you can refuse to do it on the grounds that its mean spirited behaviour that you don't want to be a part of. And its not a difficult thing to say. Especially for someone who makes 'speaking her mind' and 'standing up for the outsiders' her life motto.”

Yes it was for her own selfish reasons or maybe she didn't dare say what she really thought and risk isolation. That's a very powerful weapon, especially in that situation.
Hopkins is a very skilled bully.

It's ""everyone else" he's offended' Then we had Kav in the bathroom http://bigbrother.channel5.com/day-2...-hes-miserable

Saying exactly the same thing. So who exactly is everyone else he's offended?
Why do grown adults decide it's ok to bully people because Hopkins orders it? Because she was cheered and she'll isolate them if they don't do as she commands?
And of course the rest of the gang will nom them
.”

Basically they are frightened of her. The only hms who were not scared of her are Nadia and Perez and of course Keith. KH has used the others plain and simple.

The viewers know it's the endgame now, so are probably going to be very dubious about a housemate suddenly changing their approach at the 11th hour.

Looks like Michelle might try and go for the big play now. She can suddenly turn on Hopkins and accuse her of ostracising individuals in the larger group. What a speech she could concoct if she wanted to. She'd be right of course, but far too late for it to come across as sincere right now.
Or what do I know? Maybe she's got the timing spot on?”

It is too late and she has behaved disgracefully since bananagate.
She started the house divide against Perez on Day 9 after her nommed her but that wasn't shown on the main show.

Which is why I admire Nadia (faults and all) a lot more than Michelle. She showed courage and integrity and her opinion was not dependent on what she thought made her look good on the outside, or kept her in favour in the house, or altered depending on how others opinons changed, in order to keep in with them. The irony of Nadia being accused of backing the wrong horse. Even if people believed she had, she did it for her own right reasons. Michelle not only backed the wrong horse, but did so out of cowardly reasons, in a bid to be popular.

Plus KP and Alicia to a point. She found her voice after Hopkins started bullying her. She also tried to have a go at Patsy and didn't get far.

I agree and I am still aghast at her behaviour; I don't know anyone in my social set who is anything like her thank goodness.

I totally agree! I wonder what the gang would have done if Hopkins had been booed.

Surely, Michelle should know how the game works for Hopkins by now? Countdown to Michelle grumbling about having been played in the diary room ...

This should be very interesting to see how it plays out on the HL show.
If Hopkins is now friendly with Perez and getting on with him, I think it will help both Perez and Hopkins. It might validate Perez to some extent, and for Hopkins it may make some think "Aww, she's nice after all".
However, it depends on what Michelle says and does now, how she'll play this to boost er own chances.

Although I've knocked Calum a lot recently I completely agree with him there. He says that you have to consider people's behaviour when it comes to being in a game situation like this when people suddenly switch or change.

I think that this benefits Perez most out of the three of them though, because I think he's been more consistent compared to how they have been, relatively speaking, and getting on well with someone I can't see doing him much harm.

I do hope that people will not fall for this fraud.....it's so predictable that she would change tack come the final week, Hopkins too, she is now being nice to Perez just as I thought she would with days to go.

I cannot stand Hopkins but I think I despise Michelle much more, she comes across as a liar, a fraud, desperate in the extreme and if she thinks this will change people's mind then she is also an idiot. She is truly repulsive.

I've come across one woman who behaved exactly like this.

I wish they could all see what's she's written in her Sun column.

They will and probably feel stupid but they won't see Hopkins for dust.

Exactly. She's showing how worried she is now that she's been taken for a mug. Well reap what you sow is what I say. She's sat back and said not a word when Hopkins was a vile bully, but trying to make out she doesn't get involved in one of those clips. She's as much a liar as Callum is..............or totally deluded. Whichever.

It could also be seen as her dropping her alliance now that nominations are over. She has no need for them now.

It's probably as much to do with the fact he is not behaving the same way he did at the start.
It does amaze me that people still assume anything they see in the big brother house from anyone is them actually being them, they all hold back to some degree

I can imagine them married to each other, hanging from a chandelier and killing each other.

schadenfreude. I think Michelle is genuinely devastated by this act of treachery. She's followed Katie's lead and in fact their friendship was forged in their opposition to Perez. Now what's going to happen to that? Now she's drinking iced-coffee with him

Her wanabee gang have all benefited. However seeing her as some kind of "cheered" hero and best mate, was a huge mistake. I would bet that none of them will ever see her again. Not that they'll want to when they find out about her backstabbing. How many of them has she slagged off in the Sun so far? You would think the American at least would cotton on to what she thinks about them. She told them she was more skilled as a Brit than they are last night. Another foot in mouth, are they dense?
