For me KH is actually sort of ordinary bitch, and a lot of the public stuff is for show, and never really personal. She can be unpleasant, but she's also funny and can listen now and again and can have relationships.
Perez is monstrous, I don't know if he's a nutjob, but it makes no difference to me. He's a very clever, dangerous sort of person who is amoral and has no boundaries.
People like that do serious damage to others.
Katie just upsets people generally now and again, but I can't take it seriously.
