Why can't you? Just because he nominated her it doesn't mean he really dislikes her or can't feel empathy and sadness for the way she went out. In fact that was his point, he was upset with the manner of her eviction as it was not a normal one.

But Keith doesn't know that, so his reaction is genuine. He wanted her to get the going out to the crowd experience, like everyone else does.

I think its self evident that she doesn't like herself. She is scared to death of people seeing through her act to the vulnerable child underneath. Remember when she flounced out of The Apprentice, that was classic desperation to control a situation she had no control over, with people that could see through her.

Keith was guilty of what he'd previously been accusing KH of - butting into other's conversations halfway and going off on one without really understanding... KH, Michelle and at least one other (I think KP?) were talking about Cami's dress and if they could get it out to her - he just waded in, possibly feeling a little guilty that he helped put her up, and had a pop at them for not showing her exit enough respect, and then didn't like it when they tried to point out they weren't being disrespectful to her...

Keith is not stupid - he knows he's pretty popular with the public after surviving a few times, and appears now to have upped his game with the prize in sight, and the way to win extra critical votes is to now stand up to KH and Perez... rather than earlier in the series, when he would blend in with the wallpaper to stay out of view.

Calum is doing a similar thing with Perez, knowing that he's pretty popular, and taking on the panto villain could give him extra votes.
