It was such a bombshell for the HM's that BB gathered the HM's on the sofa just before the "shock eviction"...they all sussed what was likely to happen.
I don't remember a single twist that Channel 5 executed well. Maybe the Gina/Dexter bedsit twist but even that was a rehash of the original BB5 bedsit.
