It doesn't. It's an example of Katie H's proclivity to blind others with subtlety while making no actual sense whatsoever. I think she actually means that the only person she cares about being disappointed in her is her father but I could be wrong. She might actually mean that only her father rules the heavens on a golden wyvern and deals absolute justice on the plebs below. Who knows?
